Michelin-starred Murano, in the heart of Mayfair, is Angela Hartnett’s flagship restaurant. Known for warm, relaxed hospitality and Modern European food with Italian soul, we’re looking for a Junior Sommelier to join our award-winning team.

What we’re looking for

• Enthusiasm for wine, food, and hospitality
• A positive personality and guest-focused approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ideally WSET 2 (or interest in training towards it)
• Experience in hospitality, with a passion to learn and grow
