We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team; someone who is confident running the floor, drives standards, and genuinely cares about both guests and team.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, working closely with the senior leadership team to uphold Murano’s standards of excellence and hospitality.

You will:

• Lead, inspire and develop the team to deliver exceptional service at all times
• Take a hands-on approach on the floor, setting the tone and leading by example
• Drive consistency, attention to detail and a strong guest experience
• Show genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality
• Have solid experience in a similar role, ideally within a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment
