To join us, the successful Head Bartender will:

• Lead by example in delivering professional, warm, and engaging service at all times
• Be charismatic, confident, and able to build genuine rapport with guests
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and passion for cocktails, wine, and spirits, with a strong desire to continue learning and developing
• Take ownership of the bar operation, ensuring exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
• Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team, providing training and support to encourage growth and excellence
• Manage stock control, ordering, and bar procedures effectively, ensuring accurate management and minimising wastage
• Have previous experience in a comparable quality-led restaurant bar environment, ideally in a senior bartender or supervisory role
• Always strive for excellence and inspire those around you to do the same
