Assistant Restaurant Manager - Murano by Angela Hartnett

Set in the heart of Mayfair, one Michelin-starred Murano restaurant is the home of renowned chef Angela Hartnett. The cuisine is Modern European with a strong Italian influence and the service focus warm and friendly.

We are currently looking for a friendly, genuine and hardworking Assistant General Manager who is passionate about what they do.

To join us the successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will:

• Work alongside our management team to grow the business
• Knows how to train and develop a team to deliver a memorable experience
• Excellent communication skills and an inspiring leader who leads by example
• Passionate about food, wine and hospitality
• Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a similar role in a Michelin environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced quality establishment
