Head of Reservations and Events – Angela Hartnett Restaurant Group Angela Hartnett and the team are offering an exciting opportunity to join our family in a Head of Reservations and Events role.We are committed to investing in our people and fostering a strong sense of family and mutual respect. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of Reservation &amp; Event Coordinators</li><li>Proactively drive business and develop client relationships</li><li>Oversee reservations and event enquiries across multiple venues</li><li>Utilise SevenRooms for reservations, user accounts, and restaurant settings</li><li>Manage WordPress updates for website content, including menus and event pages</li><li>Handle front-of-house duties and provide training for hosts and management</li><li>Coordinate private dining and exclusive hire bookings</li><li>Attend senior meetings and site level operations meetings</li><li>Respond to guest reviews and reception emails across multiple sites</li><li>Conduct venue viewings and manage PDR forecasts</li><li>Reconcile monthly deposits and maintain the concierge database</li><li>Organise ticketed events, including book club setups</li><li>Manage promotional materials such as brochures and leaflets</li><li>Assist with exclusive off-site catering requests</li><li>Set up Spitfire phone systems and ensure smooth call handling</li><li>Oversee ordering of event-related materials, including menus and books</li></ul> To join us as a successful Head of Reservation and Events will: <ul><li> Proven experience in reservations, events and sales</li><li> Possess strong business acumen</li><li> Have strong knowledge of SevenRooms and its functionalities</li><li> Have experience using WordPress for websites and menu updates</li><li> Possess prior front-of-house experience in a high-volume hospitality environment setting</li><li> Demonstrate proficiency in managing both small and large-scale events</li><li> Be detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li> Have excellent communication and customer service skills</li></ul> Beyond skills, we are looking for a proactive Head of Reservations and Events with heart and personality, who believes they can make a difference to our team at Angela Hartnett Restaurants.
